Background
Robin founded Inspire 2 Impact - i2i Leadership Group - in 2017. She partners with a team of successful coaches to help individuals and organizations to increase leadership capacity and effectiveness to produce sustainable, high-level performance. Robin brings a unique perspective from her many years coaching leaders in the Georgia State University (GSU) Executive MBA program where she focused on mid-level managers to C-suite executives across a range of industries. Robin’s clients consist of Fortune 500 companies, small- and medium-sized firms, entrepreneurs, educators, and more. Her professional highlights include receiving the 2020 PRISM award for excellence in coaching from the International Coaching Federation - Georgia Chapter, establishing and facilitating the Executive MBA leadership curriculum and coaching program, and creating a 12-month Executive Leadership Academy for Women. She has a track record of success in building strong leaders and teams, developing programs, and inspiring others to fulfill their potential.
In addition, Robin has held leadership roles at GSU, Georgia Tech, and the University of Georgia as well as in corporate and bilateral government organizations. Robin brings a multicultural perspective that includes 4 years working in Belfast with the Northern Ireland Peace Process, directing a global program on four continents, and developing more than 20 study abroad and work programs around the globe. She is an avid international traveler and has traveled to over 60 countries for work and pleasure.
Education & Certifications
Robin is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and an ICF credentialed coach. She is certified in various assessments to include: The Leadership Circle Profile (360), EQI 2.0, EQI 360 and DiSC.
Robin holds a master’s degree in international business from Georgia State University, and a master’s degree in higher education administration with a specialty in career coaching from Florida State University. She earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism/public relations from the University of Georgia.
